FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! While we're based in Adelaide, South Australia, we ship world-wide. However, if your order isn't going through, this may be due to you being in Europe - if this is the case, jump on over to our Etsy and you should be able to order there with VAT included.

 

What's your turn-around time?

I aim to get all orders out within 7 days of you placing them, but sometimes life gets in the way. If we're a little delayed, I'm incredibly sorry, but I take my time to ensure you're only receiving the best quality items from my home studio.

 

Do you offer tracked shipping?

ALL of our orders are sent via shipping. Within Australia, they're sent via AusPost or Sendle. International orders are sent via Sendle.

 

Do you have a team?

Yes and no -- I do all of the illustration, creation, sourcing, and production work myself. Most weeks, I also do all the order packaging and dispatching, but there are some times where I have a friend help out. 

 

Can items be customised?

Unfortunately, no. While I would LOVE to create something just for you that no one else has, as a solo-run business this is a little tricky and it takes a lot of time.
